I’ve been a patient of MATClinics for a long time and truly couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! They have made me feel like family and like they truly care from the very start. They are always willing to work with you which is hard to find these days. And I have to say the new office is absolutely beautiful!! I know there is absolutely nothing easy about getting clean but I promise they will do everything in their power to help make the process as easy as possible!

MATClinics has saved my life. Before MATClinic I was addicted to Percocet 30 mg. I couldn’t function without it. Never do heroine. Thank god. Cost me a fortune. I knew it was gonna be rough getting off it, someone mentioned suboxone to me, and I was fortunate to start a program at MATClinics. The suboxone made it easy for me to be able to get up and move around, without the feeling of needing anything. My life did a 360 real quick. I’m fortunate to be a part of the suboxone program. I can get up from sleep and feel normal. I’ve been apart of the program for 2-3years. I’ve only felt withdraws just a few times . I get the energy that I need, the motivation that I need, and I don’t withdraw or hurt anymore. The suboxone that I’m on makes me feel completely normal. And again, before suboxone, I was always running the street and putting myself in harms way to get the high that I needed. I’m not out searching for high’s anymore. I’m home with my family, where I need to be. With out this program, I could easily be dead or in prison. Suboxone was there when I needed it the most. My urine has never been dirty. I owe everything to MATClinics, and to myself. I’m very proud of myself. And I never let myself forget that. If you reach out , there is help available for anyone who’s searching for help. Some of the people I used to run around with are in prison or 6 feet under. And it could’ve been me. On behalf of MATClinics I would like to sayTHANK YOU FOR HELPING ME TO SAVE MYSELF. I’m more than satisfied with the help I’ve been receiving for the last 2-3 years. I’ve had a lot of people to say how good I’m looking than before and how much I’ve change. They are proud of me . I knew this would be life changing for me only if it worked for me. And it did. Plus all the people I’ve had to see or talk to have treated me like a human being other than a statistic. Much respect to the program. It’s change every thing about me. Thank you for the freedom to talk about my issues. And im looking forward to my next visit.

This is by far the best office I’ve been too. . All the workers have treated me with much respect. I’m always in and out like sauerkraut. The call visit, call visit program is amazing. Doesn’t take long to be seen. Which is most important. I will be leaving this office by the first of the year. And I’m dreading having to go back to the Dundalk facility. Omg it takes so long to be seen there. But the workers were quite pleasant to be around. Maybe it’s me just being nice to them. Plus there always there to listen to you at both facilities . I stand by mat-clinic’s program. They saved me when I needed it the most. For me: 100% Satisfaction guaranteed. I’m just giving you the facts. I’ve been part of the Mat Clinic program for five or six years. And I count on them every month. So get on board People, And let Mat clinics help you.

This is the best place to go to for help hands down..they make u feel so comfortable and relax..even before u even go there they check up on you and make sure u know everything that u need to know before u even go there..the stuff is so kind and helpful and there respectful..plus the Dr wow she cares so much about helping you and helping you with other stuff u need help with...I'm so glad I found this place and I really would recommend this place to everybody that needs help...they don't judge you or look you different...

The staff are always nice and welcoming. If you need anything from them they are pretty fast at getting what you need/want. It is a judgment free zone and you will be treated well

This place is amazing! I called and was able to be seen the same day and recieve medication that same day. Staff was extremely friendly, very understanding and not judgmental at all. By far the greatest experience I've had with outpatient treatment!

MATClinics is hands-down the BEST addiction resource I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. It's a very nicely-kept large office, there's plenty of room, and it's hardly ever all that busy. The prescriber and the people that work here are all EXTREMELY kind people, like some of the nicest people I've ever met, and you can honestly tell right away that they genuinely want to help you. I am eternally grateful to everyone at MATClinics and I highly recommend them from the bottom of my heart.

When I went in there the staff was awesome and very friendly. I didn't have to wait forever to see the doctor. They understand everything that I was going through and they helped me get thru my withdrawal symptoms so they weren't as bad. I'd definitely recommend anyone to go there. They actually care!! Thank u so much to the ladies that helped me out from there!! U guys are awesome keep up the good

Hands down the best program for help with addiction. The staff in the Hagerstown office are all fantastic and I always look forward to my appointments with them. I feel welcome and at ease when I walk into The Hagerstown office. Overall this location has a great staff, a great environment, and they do not Make you feel judged at all!

Great staff!!! They work around my schedule. It’s completely professional doctors office. The staff cares about there clients. I have missed a day and they will reschedule with no issues. I can only speak for the Hagerstown office. The program is amazing and takes most insurance

The staff is wonderful! They really car about your success beating addiction.They treat you so kindly and make you feel valued.I would recommend this office to anyone! They are excellent.

As an addict who has been to quite a few different addiction clinics, MATClinic is definitely my favorite!! Alot of the staff there are in recovery as well which makes it so much more comfortable to open up & ask for help! When you are struggling or relapse they totally understand! I never feel judged, unlike some places where the staff is super professional & have never took a drug in their life, it's just not the same. If it's after hours and I need help, they are just a phone call away! Absolutely amazing office! I would recommend reaching out to MATClinic if you're struggling to find a doctor's where they TRULY understand and sympathize with what you are going thru! Good luck!!!
